PASTA WITH RABBIT
Ingredients
rabbit’s head, liver and shoulder, tomato sauce, 1/2 a glass of red wine, parsley, onion, carrot, olive oil, salt, pepper
Preparation
Directions: chop onion, parsley and the carrot,make it sauté in oil,then add the rabbit make it brown, hen add the wine and let it evaporate. Add the tomato sauce mixed with some water. After 40min take off the liver and chop it, take off the bones from the other parts and chop them. Put all again in the pot.Mix, the sauce is ready
