LOMBARD SOUP
Ingredients
1/2 a kg of dried beans,olive oil,parmesan,bread crostini,salt,pepper.
Preparation
Directions: put the beans to soak for 12 hours in a big bowl. After 12 hours drain them and cook in plentiful salted water. Beans must be cooked slowly taking off the foam they’ll form while cooking. When ready you can serve them in a dish with their cooking water and adding olive oil, grated parmesan, bread crostini and pepper.
