SEA CREPES
Ingredients
make the batter with 50gr of flour, 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, 1 glass of milk,a spoon of sugar, 125gr of tuna and parmesan. For the béchamel, 50gr of flour, 50gr of butter, half a litre of milk.
Preparation
Make the béchamel melting the butter in a small saucepan,add flour and milk, stir until ready. Prepare the batter mixing all the ingredients. Cook the crepes. In the meanwhile prepare amixture with tuna and a part of the béchamel and spread it on the crepes. Roll the crepes and put them in a buttered oven dish, cover with the remaining béchamel,add grated parmesan and let it gratin in oven for 5 min. at 200°.

Cooking time: 10 minutes and 5 minutes gratin
