BATTER FOR CREPES
Ingredients
100 gr of flour, 3 eggs, a pinch of salt,2 glasses of milk. Let the mixture rest for 1 hour.
Preparation
cook the crepes in a small oiled pan, put 2 spoons of the mixture and cook on both sides. First cook one side, then let it slipper on a plate and turn it in the pan to cook the other side .Put on blotting paper.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour rest plus 10min to fry
