GNOCCHI WITH CLAMS AND PESTO*
Ingredients
Clams, Genovese pesto, red tomatoes or tomato sauce, garlic, parsley, oil, salt and pepper, gnocchi.
*(sauce of crushed basil,pine nuts,garlic,cheese,olive oil)
Preparation
Put chopped garlic and parsley in oil and let it warm. Add clams and tomatoes and cook for a few minutes. Add the pesto, salt, pepper and stir. Cook the gnocchi and season with the sauce.
