BOLOGNESE SAUCE
Ingredients
Parsley, onion, carrot, miced meat, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and 1/2 glas red wine
Preparation
Some parsley, a carrot, an onion, put in oil and make it sauté, add the meat and half a glass of red wine. Let the wine evaporate and then add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper .If necessary add water. Cook slowly for an hour.
