POLVE'S PASTA
Ingredients
red chicory, 2hg of soft cheese like mascarpone and gorgonzola, a ripe pear,an onion, a garlic clove, resh cream, oil, salt, pepper, short pasta like penne.
Preparation
Directions: chop garlic and onion, put in a big non-stick pan with oil. Cut the chicory in stripes,put in the pan with salt and pepper. Cook it slowly and add water if too dry. Peel the pear, cut in small pieces and put it into the pan, when soft, add the cream and the cheese,continue cooking,mix well. When the pasta is ready put it in the pan and mix all.
