DICES FOR BROTH
Ingredients
5 eggs, 1hg of butter,one hg of flour, one hg of grated parmesan, milk if necessary
Preparation
knead all the ingredients (it is a bit fluid), put it in a nonstick oven dish or covered by baking paper, let it cook for 15 min at 180°.When cold, cut it in small dices and serve it with the broth.
