PASTA WITH TUSCAN TOMATO SAUCE
Ingredients
spaghetti, 1 kg of San Marzano tomatoes, a bunch of basil, an onion,a carrot, a celery, salt, pepper and chilli pepper(optional).
Preparation
Directions: boil the tomatoes,drain from their water, add onion, basil, carrot, celery, salt, pepper and cook for 20min until the carrot softens. Mash with a masher if too liquid it must be cooked again with olive oil and a garlic clove

Cooking time: 20 minutes
