PASTA WITH ARTICHOKES' STEM
Ingredients
artichokes’ stems, olive oil,garlic, broth, fresh cream, salt pepper.
Preparation
Directions:clean the stems and chop them, put a garlic’s clove in a pan with olive oil,make it sauté, add the stems, some broth and let it cook until they soften, add the cream and mix.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
