SPAGHETTI WITH GROUPER

Ingredients

240gr of spaghetti (4 servings),two grouper fillets, garlic, parsley, white wine, cherry tomatoes, oil, salt, pepper.

Preparation

Directions: chop garlic and onion, make it sauté in oil, add the fillets and 1/2 a glass of white wine, let the wine evaporate and then add the tomatoes in small pieces. Add salt and pepper and cook for 10min. Drain the spaghetti and add them to the sauce until they are ready to serve.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes
