YOGHURT CAKE

Ingredients

a pot of yoghurt, 2 pots of sugar(use the yoghurt pot to measure the ingredients), 3 pots of flour, a pot of peanut oil, a sachet of baking powder, 3 eggs.

Preparation

Directions:pour the yoghurt in a bowl,add all the other ingredients and blend with an electric whisk. Put in a buttered and floured baking pan. Cook in hot oven at 180° for 30 minutes.

Cooking time: 30 minutes
