CUSTARD CREAM

Ingredients

Ingredients:half a litre of milk, a peel of one lemon, 3 egg yolks, 70gr of flour,160gr of sugar.

Preparation

Directions: mix the yolks, the flour and the sugar with a spoonful of cold milk and form a smooth cream. Put the milk to heat, don’t let it boil. Put off the heat and leave the lemon peel in the milk for some minutes. Take off the peel,mix the milk with the smooth cream and put on a low heat until it thickens.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
