JAM TART

Ingredients

4 egg yolks, 4 hg of flour,2 hg of butter,2 hg of sugar, half a sachet of baking powder, a jar of jam.

Preparation

Directions:mix all the ingredients for the pastry, yolks, flour, sugar, yeast and butter (leave it out of the fridge for an hour before): Knead with cold hands because it may crumble. Lay the pastry in a floured and buttered baking tin, add the jam and fold the sides of the pastry inwards. With some pastry left, make some stripes and put them on the jam. Cook in oven at 180° for 30 minutes.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes
