ITALIAN SFOGLIATELLE WITH APPLES

Ingredients

flaky pastry, an apple, 3 spoonfuls of apricot jam, a spoonful of breadcrumbs and one of sugar, icing sugar.

Preparation

Directions: cut the apple into small cubes, put in a bowl with breadcrumbs and sugar, mix. Roll the flaky pastry and cut it into squares of 4x4cm. Spread the squares with apricot jam in the middle,put some apple cubes and close the squares. Make two cuts on them, they’ll release the cooking steam. Cook in hot oven at 180° for 10 minutes. Then sprinkle with icing sugar.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes at 180°
