CATS' TONGUES
Ingredients
4 egg whites, 150 gr of flour, 150 gr of sugar,
200 gr of butter.
Preparation
Directions: beat the butter until frothy, add sugar and flour, continue beating for 3/4 minutes, add the egg whites previously beaten. Butter and flour a baking tin, put the mixture into a syringe for desserts and make stripes distant about 5 cm one from the other. Put in hot oven at 180° for 12/15 minutes.
