CASTAGNACCIO

Ingredients

150gr of chestnuts flour, half a litre of milk, 50gr of raisins, 50gr of pine nuts, 4 spoons of oil, 2 spoons of sugar, salt.

Preparation

Directions:put the flour in a bowl,add 2 spoons of oil,sugar and a pinch of salt.Add the milk mixing with a wooden spoon,the butter must be quite liquid.Oil an oven dish (18/20cm) and pour the batter.sprinkle the pine nuts and the raisins on the surface,cook in oven at 180° for an hour.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 1 hour
