GRANDMA'S CAKE

Ingredients

Ingredients for the short pastry: 4 egg yolks, 400gr of flour, 200gr of butter, 200gr of sugar,half a sachet of baking powder. For the cream: half a litre of milk, a lemon peel, 2 egg yolks, 70gr of flour, 160gr og sugar.

Preparation

Directions for the pastry: mix all the ingredients with cold hands,lay the pastry in a buttered and floured baking pan, make the sides more high. Pour the cream and cover it with other pastry. Add some pine nuts and cook in oven at 180° for 20/30 minutes. When ready sprinkle with icing sugar.

Cooking time: 40 minutes
