SPONGE CAKE

Ingredients

300gr of flour, 3 eggs, 150gr of butter, 250gr of sugar,1 glass of milk, a sachet of baking powder.

Preparation

Directions:mix all the ingredients, cook in hot oven at 180°for 45 minutes. To control the cooking put a toothpick in the middle of the cake, if it’s dry the cake is ready. You can eat it simply like this or garnish it as you like.

Cooking time: 45 minutes
