CHEESECAKE(Italian style)
Ingredients
for the base, 250gr of cookies, 70gr of butter, 2 spoons of sugar. For the topping,200ml of whipping cream, 150gr of sugar, half a glass of milk, 2 eggs, 250gr of ricotta cheese.
Preparation
Directions: blend the biscuits, the butter previously melt and the sugar and put it in a baking tin pressing it well. Mix the ingredients for the topping with a whisk and pour onto the biscuit base.Cook in oven at 180° for 30/40 minutes then take it out and leave to cool. If you like to you can melt 100gr of dark chocolate with a glass of milk and pour it onto the cake when cold. Put into the fridge for 2 hours.
