Ingredients

4 egg yolks, 4hg of flour, 2hg of butter, 2hg of sugar, half a sachet of baking powder.

Preparation

Directions: mix all the ingredients, pay attention, the dough may crumble so knead it with cold hands. Cooking time depends upon the recipe you want to do but usually it takes 30 minutes in hot oven at 180°.

Cooking time: 30 minutes
