RICE FRITTERS
Ingredients
3oo gr of rice, 2 eggs, sugar, baking powder, flour, lemon.
Preparation
Directions: boil the rice until soft, leave it to cool, add eggs, baking powder and a grated lemon peel. Mix the mixture then make some small circular shapes and fry them in hot peanut oil. Then roll the fritters in the sugar.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 18 minutes + 15 minutes
