LIGHT CHEESECAKE(Italian style)

Ingredients

for the base, 250gr of cookies,7 0gr of butter, 2 spoons of sugar. For the topping, 200ml of mascarpone cheese or Philadelphia cheese,150gr of sugar, half a glass of milk, 2 eggs, 250gr of ricotta cheese.

Preparation

Directions:blend the biscuits,the butter previously melt and the sugar and put it in a baking tin pressing it well.Mix the ingredients for the topping with a whisk and pour onto the biscuit base.Cook in oven at 180° for 30/40 minutes then leave to cool.Put into the fridge for 2 hours.

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes
