CAKE WITH PEARS AND MACAROONS
Ingredients
Ingredients for the short pastry: 2 egg yolks, 200gr of flour, 100gr of butter, 100gr of sugar,a spoonful of baking powder. For the cake: 3 pears, 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice, 2 spoonfuls of sugar,1 00gr of almonds, 50gr of macaroons.
Preparation
Directions:slice the pears,put them in a bowl with sugar and lemon.Chop the almonds and the macaroons.Prepare the short pastry with all the ingredients mixed,put it in a buttered and floured baking pan. Put the sliced pears on it and then cover with the almonds and macaroons.Cook in hot oven at 200° at 20 minutes.
