TUSCAN CROSTINI

Ingredients

2 hg of chicken’s livers,1 hg of minced meat, capers, anchovies,butter, onion, parsley, half a glass of red wine, a French loaf.

Preparation

chop the parsley and the onion, make it sauté in olive oil, add livers and meat, add a bit of water to mix. Add the wine,let it evaporate. Add some broth (even made with cube) and let it cook until dry. Then, blend the mixture adding some capers and two anchovies’ fillets. Put the mixture into a small saucepan with a piece of butter and let it melt. Toast the slices of bread and spread the mixture.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes
