HAM MOUSSE

Ingredients

200 gr of ham, 2 hg of butter, salt and pepper

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients, add salt and pepper, cover a bowl with some film, put the mixture inside beat the bowl against the table so to make the mixture compact, put into fridge for two hours. When ready to serve turn it out on a plate and serve with toasted bread.

Preparation time: 10 minutes plus 2 hours in the fridge
