SALTED TART WITH MUSHROOMS AND CHEESE
Ingredients
a roll of flaky pastry already rolled out, 50gr. of ham, a tub of champignon mushrooms, 50gr of fontina cheese, 50gr of Emmenthal cheese, one mozzarella cheese, a clove of garlic, olive oil.
Preparation
chop the garlic and make it sauté, add the mushrooms sliced, cook for 15minutes. Lay the pastry into a baking pan, put the slices of ham in the bottom, add the mushrooms. Chop all the cheese and the mozzarella and add the mixture on the mushrooms, cook into hot oven(180°).
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes at 180°
