BRESAOLA* WITH GOAT'S CHEESE
Ingredients
Ingredients: bresaola, goat’s cheese, pine kernels, parmesan cheese, rocket, lemon.
*(dried salt beef typical of the Valtellina area in Lombardy)
Preparation
Mix the cheese with the pine kernels, salt slightly and put the mixture on the bresaola’s slices. Roll and tie the slices, add lemon juice and sprinkle some flaked parmesan and rocket.
