NAPLES FLAKY PASTRY SMALL PIZZAS

Ingredients

a roll of flaky pastry, some mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, anchovies, capers.

Preparation

Make some small discs of pastry, puncture with a fork, spread tomato sauce, mozzarella, a caper, a piece of anchovie. Add a pinch of salt (anchovies are already salted!). Put the discs on baking paper, put in oven at 180° for about 10/16min.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 10/15 minutes
