GRATIN LEEKS
Ingredients
a leek, 2 slices of plain bread, a spoon of flour, salt, pepper, pine kernels, parmesan cheese, broth, olive oil.
Preparation
Slice the leek, only the white part, put the oil in a oven dish, add the sliced leek, salt, pepper, flour and let it brown lightly. As it gets dry add some broth and let it boil until the leeks soften. Toast the slices of bread, rub them with a garlic clove, then put them on a oven dish, add leeks, pine kernels, grated parmesan, oil. Cook au gratin for 5 min at 200°.
